I am here to give you information about getting into a good engineering college after your last year diploma.
There are a couple of things you should consider before you select an engineering college. Following is the list of you have to checkout-
It is very important to pick a college which has good reputation. Good reputation guarantees your bright future. Getting into an autonomous institute is even better.
Faculty-
The college should have experienced faculty.
Placement-
This part is very important. The college you pick must have placement in reputed companies. It would be even better if the recruiters are from abroad. The recruiters shall provide at least a minimum of 3L per anually.
Infrastructure-
All the Laboratories should be well maintained. There should be continuous supply of electricity.
The college must have facilities for sports like table tennis, lawn tennis, badminton, Gym, swimming, etc. It is important to have at least one sport in your life. An engineering student who doesn't play any sport seems pretty lame. It does not mean you have to be a pro in the sport you play, just be active in it! good for relieving stress.
Type of University-
In Maharashtra, Pune and Mumbai are the best universities of engineering. However, I recommend you to always prefer Pune first rather than Mumbai.
When the results are out, we all students have to register for CAP(Centralized Administration Process)
